About Women in Networking

Mission Statement:   Support each other personally and professionally and to mentor women in our community

Vision:  To support and enhance our member's ability to grow their businesses, provide relationship opportunities and become known in the community as women of character, integrity and goodwill.

Meeting times:  2^nd  Wednesday of each month

Teaching each other

• On a rotating basis, a part of the meeting will be devoted to teaching the group effective means  of networking, helping each member to grow their business.
  
• Supporting the community through Power Group presentations quarterly

• Master mind:  on a rotating basis throughout the year,  part of the meeting would become a  mastermind group, giving ideas to each  highlighted individual on how to market their group business.      
• Guest speakers on a quarterly  basis
  
  

Marketing the group as a whole

• Yearly dues will be $85.00.  The membership fees will be used to market the group as a whole through different forms of media. Join us here.
  
•  Member of the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce
  
•  Family event - Christmas party, talent show, auction or fashion show - once a year with proceeds to be donated to our current charity.
  
• Bi-Annual Membership Drives in October and March to increase membership.

Marketing the members

•  Although not mandatory, members are encouraged to offer a 10% discount to other members of the group.
• If a member brings in 3 new members they would get their next year free.
• As a way of providing testimonials, members will be given the opportunity to offer Kudos at every meeting
• Table talk  15 minutes for the members at each table to get to know each other and promote their businesses.
• Member  introductions
•  Table displays offered for full displays of product or services for a $5.00 fee.  Reserve your table here
• New members to the group will be assigned to a committee so that they can become involved in the group and offer their ideas to enhance the group further.
